Role of FCM: M&E Clerks of Works services as well as general Clerks of Works duties
Project Description: FCM carried out the designs for the refurbishment of this protected 35,000 sq.ft. building at a cost of £3m.
This involved refurbishing the main plant, and fitting new fan coil units, air ducts, pipework and controls as well as new energy efficient lighting and controls throughout, new Reception area, refurbished toilets, new enhanced BMS system and graphics. All this was procured whilst important tenants inhabited the lower floors of the building without unreasonable disruption.
