Project Description: Constructed in 1964, Parker Tower was originally a 14-storey concrete framed office building. Now converted to a 16 storey, six-sided building for residential use, this attractive tower with a modernist façade sits right in the heart of Covent Garden. Together with a new low-rise block, the development provides block of 46 luxury apartments provide 53 residences, both prime and affordable, as well as office space. A new landscaped garden connects the two buildings and creates private space for the affordable homes.

The tower offers a contemporary collection of brand new, luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouse apartments over 15 floors. Each apartment offers a large kitchen area with integrated appliances and polished concrete surfaces, spacious bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows and bespoke screens, stylish marble bathrooms, decked terraces, plenty of storage space throughout and up to six skyline views. The design also incorporates exposed structural columns, delicate metal-framed internal glazing, chevron timber flooring, bespoke joinery, full wiring for future home automation and AV installation, and wet underfloor heating.
