Project Description: Providing over 120,000 sq ft of new premium commercial space to Category A finish inside a stunning new building, this project offers column-free Grade A offices as part of a planned 1,000,000 sq ft development at Green Park. Set within biodiverse, landscaped grounds, the building benefits from expansive decking overlooking the central Longwater Lake.

The expansion of Green Park revolves around the needs of forward-thinking, people-centric occupiers that understand the influences of the working environment on productivity. The building also benefits from close proximity to the new Green Park train station, providing a direct link to Reading mainline station and Crossrail services - the project met the target of Practical Completion in 2021, coinciding with the completion of the new train station.
