Project Description: A redevelopment of the London Trocadero - a unique landmark at the core of Piccadilly Circus - the Zedwell is a flagship hotel within the immense, super-central Grade II listed Edwardian building. The brand new three-star 740-room hotel utilises a pod-room design over 10 levels.

The hotel also includes a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, high specification yoga studio, contemporary lounge and co-working space, and a rooftop bar and restaurant space. One of the biggest in Europe, the rooftop skybar can hold over a thousand people at a time and provides breathtaking 360-degree views of the capital.
