Role of FCM: Provision of specialist Clerks of Works services and advice regarding the correct methods and materials required for the repair and necessary alterations to the three Grade I listed buildings

Project Description: This project involved linking Admiralty Arch with Kirkland House and the Admiralty House. The existing Grade I listed buildings were linked together via a glazed access way and a new lift installation sited to the rear of the building. This was a multimillion-pound 4 year scheme.
