Project Description: FCM carried out the design on this project - originally costed at £3m - to enhance and refurbish the engineering services associated with the 4 main kitchen areas in Portcullis House on the Thames Embankment for the Parliamentary Works Directorate. This entailed improvements to the ventilation and lighting, as well as renewal and improvement of the electrical and mechanical distribution systems to serve new and completely revamped kitchen equipment and arrangements.
