Project Description: The remodelling and refurbishment of an existing 3-storey commercial retail and office building into a mixed-used residential and retail building containing 14 apartments. Notably, the construction works were carried out whilst a retail outlet on the ground floor and 3 tenants on the top floor remained in place throughout. A new staircase & lift had to be managed to allow access for the tenants.
The fit-out works included back to shell strip-out, metal stud partitioning, and installation of Porcelanosa kitchens & bathrooms and wooden & soft flooring. The installation also included comprehensive M&E works including air conditioning, underfloor heating, and strip lighting.
