Project Description: Beaulieu Square has been designed as the community hub for the new Beaulieu development in Chelmsford. A multi-million pound package of new infrastructure and community facilities are being provided to facilitate the development, setting a new standard of modern living. This residential setting has become one of the most desired areas in Chelmsford, complimenting the wider Beaulieu development of 3,600 homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom family houses.

The Neighbourhood Centre at Beaulieu Square provides over 1,000 square metres of retail floorspace and separate residential units above, in addition to a Health Centre, a Dental Surgery, Veterinary Surgery, Education Centre, Day Nursery and local services for the residents of Beaulieu and the wider community. The Beaulieu Community Centre will also be opening at Beaulieu Square very soon, with further multi-purpose amenities.
