Project Description: Newly refurbished, Brenchley House offers brand new studios and one-bedroom apartments finished to a high contemporary design. The accommodation is mostly open-plan and provides good views, being on the top floor of the six-storey building.

The apartments come complete with designer fitted kitchens including high-gloss doors and integrated appliances, contemporary bathrooms with double walk in shower units, fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms or studios, and integrated category II lighting throughout. The development also benefits from amenities such as laundry facilities, secure basement parking and storage, three automatic passenger lifts to serve the building, a mains automatic fire alarm system with sprinklers, and VAV air conditioning.
