Project Description: The redevelopment of one of Croydon’s most iconic looking buildings into a residential development in a prime central location, Delta Point is now home to over 400 flats, with some on higher floors boasting breathtaking views of London and Surrey.

Delta Point offers studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments covering a wide variety of layouts to suit residents with different requirements. The flats have all been completed to high specification and feature open living spaces, modern styled bathrooms, fitted kitchens complete with integrated appliances & breakfast islands, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and some flats offer en-suites. The development also provides a concierge service and 4 lifts to serve the building.

Delta Point's iconic look also attracts attention from Hollywood filmmakers; it was the set for Gotham General Hospital in the 2012 film Batman - The Dark Night Rises.
