Role of FCM: Provision of general building Clerks of Works services

Project Description: FCM oversaw a comprehensive cyclical programme of maintenance works for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea over multiple housing blocks and estates.

Nottingwood House: External redecoration works included the installation of new roof coverings, repair and repointing of brickwork, and resin repairs to traditional double-hung timber sash windows. Internally, common areas were redecorated.

Octavia House: External redecoration works included the installation of new roof coverings, concrete repairs, brickwork repairs, and an overhaul of the uPVC windows. Internally, common areas were redecorated.

Walmer House: External redecoration works included roof repairs, repairs to structural brickwork, and an overhaul & redecoration of the Crittall windows. Internally, common areas were redecorated.

The programme also involved similar works to smaller houses and flats, including external decoration, roof works, internal redecoration, and repairs and upgrades to communal areas. A program of comprehensive repairs and refitting of kitchens and bathrooms occurred alongside these works throughout many more small properties.
