Project Description: The redevelopment of a parcel of land comprising of 12 private garages, this new-build development of four two-storey townhouses provides affordable homes for Munro Mews as part of a series of large mixed-use regeneration housing schemes.
The new-build development provides four accessible and adaptable mews houses with a boutique design respectful of the surrounding environment in Kensington. Traditional, sustainable materials are utilized throughout such as brick and painted timber for the front elevation and recycled timber decking on the terraces. The houses are all designed with an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, two bedrooms each, white oak stairs and engineered wood flooring.
