Project Description: Part of a multi-stage, mixed-use, residential, retail and commercial development, North Wharf Gardens will feature 450 residential units, a 350-bed hotel, and a school, with a centralised on-site single energy centre to serve the entire development - thereby saving money and meeting significant sustainability targets.
