Project Description: The Set is a refurbishment of the former film studios situated on Cabul Road into a new residential development in Battersea. The development comprises of a mix of 15 one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes and 4 terrace houses, each featuring entirely unique, bespoke layouts.

Each home is tailored to provide a variety of distinctive features, such as double height spaces and sunken courtyards, with the highest standard of contemporary interior specifications leading to generous private outdoor spaces. The end result is a characterful heritage building complete with a mix of private gardens, terraces and a sunken rooftop courtyard.
