Role of FCM: Design and management consultancy for M&E systems

Project Description: This project involved the complete refurbishment and modernisation of 4 blocks of apartments (49 apartments and their common areas) for the UCL Hospital Charity. FCM carried out the full design and management of the services including the incoming electricity, new metering, main water tank and pumped service, BT, power distribution, gas supplies, lighting, small power, hot and cold water, heating, IRS TV and media service distribution as well as energy reduction and EPR certification.
