Project Description: An exquisite set of apartments and townhouse residences, 21 Young Street is designed to provide an elegant living environment in the centre of Kensington. The fittings utilise beautiful materials such as fumed eucalyptus joinery, Domas tiles, Carrera marble bathrooms, bespoke bronze gates, Fortuny fabrics, and meticulously sourced woods and handmade elements, all defined by a natural and warm colour palette to match the development's historical setting.

The entrance provides a welcoming first sight with a beautifully furnished reception and entrance lobby with Portland stone floors. The development also provides an exclusive resident’s library, private cinema and gym. A private green courtyard caters for outside relaxation and a green space to host business meetings. The development has been brought to life by the finest designers and award-winning master craftsmen.
