The fittings utilise beautiful materials such as fumed eucalyptus joinery, Domas tiles, Carrera marble bathrooms, bespoke bronze gates, Fortuny fabrics, and meticulously sourced woods and handmade elements, all defined by a natural and warm colour palette to match the development's historical setting.

The entrance provides a welcoming first sight with a beautifully furnished reception and entrance lobby with Portland stone floors. The development also provides an exclusive resident’s library, private cinema and gym. A private green courtyard caters for outside relaxation and a green space to host business meetings. The development has been brought to life by the finest designers and award-winning master craftsmen.
