Project Description: Part of the larger Kings Cross heritage development, Fenman House is a new-build 14-storey residential building providing 75 high-quality apartments for the newly established residential quarter around Lewis Cubitt Park. Designed by award-winning architects, the building fronts the park and so features a façade continuing the detailed brickwork used on the neighbouring residential buildings - whilst providing beautiful green views of Lewis Cubitt Park to the west and Jellicoe Gardens to the east.

The brickwork exterior invokes the Victorian era industrial heritage of Kings Cross but is softened by glazed brick decoration, metal detailing and tall framed windows. The building also provides a residents’ roof garden, concierge service, and space for a new café or restaurant at ground level.
