Role of FCM: Inspection and recording of incomplete and defective works

Project Description: Hillview House and Melbury House are two new-build detached five-bedroom family homes situated in a prime location in Wimbledon. Both offer around 3,000 sq. ft. of open plan, contemporary accommodation with secluded generously sized landscaped gardens and patio areas.

Each house contains an entrance hall, formal drawing room, study, open-plan designer kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom suite including a Juliet balcony, a dressing room with fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom, a further four double-bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, and a family bathroom. The houses also provide underfloor heating throughout.
