Project Description: A Grade II listed building previously owned by the Liberal Party and used as their headquarters has now been converted into a grand residence, including a basement swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

The house features a roof terrace, 2 staff bedrooms with kitchenettes & bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a master suite with dressing rooms and his and hers bathrooms, a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a cinema room, gym, library, study, reception room, temperature controlled wine cellar, dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, and a passenger lift.

The project was carried out using high quality fixtures and fittings to all areas - including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms, all bathrooms fitted out with marble floors and walls, and a kitchen/breakfast room with marble flooring and granite work surfaces. All the works had to be carried out while retaining the listed features of the building, including oak panelled walls within the entrance hall, dining room and reception room, a gallery oak staircase with oak panelled walls, and a stained glass roof dome.

In 2019 it was the most valuable house for sale in the UK.
